Shop owner terms

1. Your account

You must give your real name, email address and a working phone number. Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done from your account.

2. Your shop listing

• Your shop must be a real shop in a market listed on Dukandam.
• Shop details, photos, products and prices must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Photos must be your own or used with permission.
• Mark products as out of stock when they are not available.

3. What you may not list

You may not list anything that is illegal in Pakistan, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, or that you do not have the right to sell.

4. Approval

Our team checks every shop before it goes live. We may ask you to change your details, and we may refuse or remove a listing that does not meet these terms.

5. Orders and customers

• Orders arrive on your WhatsApp number. Please reply to customers promptly.
• You agree the final price, payment and delivery with each customer directly.
• Treat customers fairly and honour the prices and terms you agree with them.
• Use customer contact details only to handle their order.

6. Suspension

We may hide or suspend a shop that breaks these terms, receives repeated serious complaints, or harms customers or Dukandam. We will tell you the reason.

7. Fees

Any fees for listing or featured placement will be shown to you clearly before you agree to them.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will let shop owners know about important changes.
